Innovaland's story starts in 2008, when we became the official importers of Canadian arched metal steel building technology into the region. Those early years gave us something no catalogue could provide: deep, hands-on knowledge of how these structures perform in the field and a precise understanding of where the technology fell short. Rising import costs were making it impossible to offer clients genuinely competitive pricing, while several engineering limitations remained unaddressed by the original manufacturer.

Τα χρόνια εκείνα μας έδωσαν βαθιά γνώση στο πεδίο και καταλάβαμε καλά τι χρειαζόταν βελτίωση. Το αυξανόμενο κόστος εισαγωγής μας έκανε μη ανταγωνιστικούς, ενώ κάποια τεχνικά ζητήματα του συστήματος παρέμεναν άλυτα.
In 2019 we made a defining choice. Rather than continue importing someone else's system, we would design our own. Our in-house R&D focused on four key improvements: reinforced base plates, an improved fastener system, an optimised arch profile that reduces material cost without sacrificing structural integrity, and a broader choice of steel alloys to suit every environment and budget. Every decision was driven by a decade of real project feedback from clients across construction, energy, infrastructure, and military sectors.

On 1 January 2024 we began full production of the Innovaland Building Kit (INLBK) at our manufacturing facility in the Czech Republic. EU-made and engineered for global export, the INLBK is available from €60/m², a price point that puts premium-quality arch steel construction within reach of projects of any scale.
Two alloy specifications are available. Magnelis® by ArcelorMittal carries a 25-year corrosion warranty in C5 marine and industrial environments. For premium projects requiring colour options and maximum durability, our HDX coating delivers a 35-year warranty. All INLBK structures are built from non-combustible materials and certified to Euroclass A1, the highest fire-resistance classification under European standards.

Την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2024 ξεκινήσαμε την παραγωγή του Innovaland Building Kit (INLBK) στην Τσεχία. Κατασκευάζεται στην ΕΕ, εξάγεται παντού και ξεκινάει από 60 €/τ.μ..
Διατίθεται σε δύο επιλογές κράματος. Το Magnelis® της ArcelorMittal με εγγύηση 25 ετών ακόμα και σε βαριά θαλάσσια και βιομηχανικά περιβάλλοντα (C5). Και το HDX για premium κατασκευές σε διαφορετικά χρώματα, με εγγύηση 35 ετών. Όλες οι κατασκευές INLBK είναι από μη εύφλεκτα υλικά και πιστοποιημένες Euroclass A1, την υψηλότερη κατηγορία πυραντίστασης στην Ευρώπη.

We are currently developing a new production line capable of manufacturing arch steel buildings with spans of up to 45 to 50 metres. The new line will operate faster and handle thicker steel coils, significantly expanding the scale of structures we can deliver and the range of projects we can take on worldwide.

Our projects span some of the most demanding sectors in the industry. In energy, Motor Oil selected our Concrete Canvas solution for high-speed erosion protection at their new splitter facility, while the Public Power Corporation of Greece (ΔΕΗ) relied on Concrete Canvas to deliver rapid flood damage repair at the Agrinio water canal. In healthcare, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Hospital in Komotini was built using our Innovaland Arch Steel Technology, chosen for both its speed of construction and structural strength. In infrastructure, Hellenic Motorways selected the INLBK system for its proven performance and installation efficiency. Our reach also extends to remote and island locations, with completed arch steel buildings on Paxos Island, demonstrating that our logistics and palletising capabilities make any project location achievable.
At the DEFEA Defence EXPO 2025, Innovaland's innovation was formally recognised at a national level, with the President of Cyprus supporting our breakthrough in prefabricated defence infrastructure.
