1. What is included in the INNOVALAND Building Kit (INLBK)?
The INNOVALAND Building Kit (INLBK) includes the complete prefabricated steel structural shell, engineered to cover the total area specified for each model (large-scale models).
The kit includes:
- Arch-type or structural trapezoidal steel panels (depending on model)
- Certified fasteners (bolts, washers, and nuts)
- Steel base plates for secure anchoring to the foundation
- Certified structural analysis in accordance with Eurocodes
- Construction drawings (engineering blueprints) specific to each model
- Detailed step-by-step assembly instructions
End walls (front and rear), foundations, insulation, and interior works are not included, allowing maximum flexibility in design, layout, and final use.
2. Are end walls included with the kit?
No. All applicable INLBK models are supplied without front and rear end walls.
This allows you to select and install the solution best suited to your project, such as:
- Concrete or masonry walls
- Steel framing with cladding panels
- Custom architectural solutions
3. Is the INLBK suitable for DIY installation?
Yes. All applicable INLBK models are designed for Do-It-Yourself (DIY) assembly.
All components are pre-engineered and pre-drilled.
Assembly can be carried out by a trained installation team by following the provided instructions.
Typical assembly teams:
- Medium to large models: six (6) to eight (8) people
4. How long does assembly take?
Assembly time depends on:
- Model size
- Site conditions
- Experience of the installation team
Under normal conditions, the steel structural shell can be erected within a few working days.
5. What type of foundation is required?
The structure must be anchored to a concrete slab or other suitable foundation, prepared according to the engineering drawings provided with the selected INLBK model.
Foundation works are not included.
6. Can the structure be installed on existing walls or containers?
Yes. Depending on the selected model, the structure can:
- Be installed directly on a concrete slab
- Be mounted on existing walls
- Be used as a container cover roof
- Be adapted to special or site-specific construction solutions
7. What material are the panels made from?
All panels are manufactured from MAGNELIS® super-alloy steel, offering:
- Excellent corrosion resistance
- 25-year corrosion-resistance warranty
- High heat reflectivity
- Self-healing protection on cut edges
- Longer lifespan compared to standard galvanized steel
- Maintenance-free performance
Suitable for coastal, industrial, and aggressive environments.
8. Does the building require maintenance?
No. No regular maintenance is required.
The advanced MAGNELIS® coating ensures long-term durability.
9. Are structural studies and construction drawings included?
Yes. Each INLBK includes:
- Certified structural analysis in accordance with Eurocodes
- Construction drawings specific to the selected model
- Full assembly documentation
10. Is on-site technical support included?
Yes. On-site technical support is included for up to two (2) working days.
Two (2) specialized technicians will assist during assembly by providing:
- Training
- Guidance
- Cooperation with the customer’s installation team
Accommodation and meals for the technical staff are included.
Travel expenses to and from the construction site, as well as local transportation, are not included and depend on project location.
Additional on-site support days can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional cost.
11. Can the building be extended in the future?
Yes. The modular design allows future extensions, subject to technical verification.
12. Can doors or openings be installed?
Yes. Doors, rolling shutters, skylights, or other openings can be installed, depending on the selected end-wall and design configuration.
13. Can the building be dismantled and relocated?
Yes. The structure is fully dismantlable and relocatable, provided proper reinstallation procedures are followed.
14. Is the building suitable for hot or cold climates?
Yes. The MAGNELIS® aluminum-magnesium coating reflects a significant portion of solar radiation, helping maintain a cooler interior environment.
The panel geometry further reduces direct thermal load.
Thermal insulation can be added at any time, depending on usage requirements.
15. Is the building designed for wind and snow loads?
Yes. All applicable INLBK models are engineered in accordance with Eurocodes and applicable local wind and snow loads.
16. Can equipment or solar panels be installed?
Yes. Lighting, ventilation systems, mechanical equipment, and solar panels can be installed, subject to proper load calculations and fixing methods.
17. Is unloading equipment required?
The use of forklifts or lifting equipment is recommended.
Manual unloading is also possible by handling the panels one at a time.
18. Is delivery included in the price?
No. Delivery is not included by default.
You may:
- Collect the kit from designated pickup locations
- Request a delivery quotation
19. Where can I collect my kit?
Available pickup locations include:
- Aspropyrgos, Athens
- Agioi Theodoroi, Corinth
- Kalochori, Thessaloniki
- Nicosia, Cyprus
Additional locations may be added upon request.
20. What applications are these INLBK models suitable for?
Typical applications include:

21. Are permits required?
Permit requirements depend on:
- Country and region
- Intended use
- Local regulations
INLBK structures are movable and dismantlable, which may allow temporary-use classification in some cases.
Always consult a local engineer or architect.
22. What warranty is provided?
The steel panels are covered by a 25-year corrosion-resistance warranty.
Manufacturing defects are covered according to INNOVALAND warranty terms.
23. What is the production lead time?
The standard production lead time is four (4) to six (6) weeks from order confirmation.
24. How is the kit packaged and delivered?
Each kit is:
- Palletized on heavy-duty wooden pallets
- Wrapped with industrial-grade protective nylon
- Prepared to ensure safe transportation
