1. What is included in the INNOVALAND Building Kit (INLBK)?
The INNOVALAND Building Kit (INLBK) includes the complete prefabricated steel structural shell, engineered according to the selected small-scale model and total covered area.
Each kit includes:
- Trapezoidal or arch-type steel panels (depending on model)
- Certified fasteners (bolts, washers, and nuts)
- Steel base plates for secure anchoring to the foundation
- Engineering blueprints specific to the selected model
- Detailed step-by-step assembly instructions
- Technical online seminar covering the assembly methodology
End walls (front and rear), foundations, insulation, and interior works are not included, allowing maximum flexibility in design, layout, and final use.
2. Are end walls included with the kit?
No. All small-scale INLBK models are supplied without front and rear end walls.
This allows you to choose the end-wall solution that best fits your project, such as:
- Concrete or masonry walls
- Steel framing with cladding panels
- Aluminum and glazing systems
- Custom architectural solutions
3. Are these INLBK models suitable for DIY installation?
Yes. All small-scale INLBK models are designed for Do-It-Yourself (DIY) assembly.
All components are pre-engineered and pre-drilled, ready for installation.
A typical assembly team of approximately four (4) people can assemble the structure efficiently by following the provided instructions.
4. How long does assembly take?
Assembly time depends on:
- The selected model and size
- Site conditions
- Experience of the installation team
Under normal conditions, the steel structural shell can be erected within a few working days.
5. What type of foundation is required?
The structure must be anchored to a concrete slab or another suitable foundation, prepared according to the engineering drawings provided with the selected INLBK model.
Foundation works are not included.
6. Can the building be installed as a temporary or movable structure?
Yes. Depending on the application, small-scale INLBK models can be:
- Installed directly on a ground-level concrete slab
- Installed on a movable base for temporary use
- Adapted to site-specific or modular configurations
7. What material are the steel panels made from?
All panels are manufactured from MAGNELIS® super-alloy steel, offering:
- Excellent corrosion resistance
- 25-year coating warranty (including C5 environments)
- High heat reflectivity for cooler interior temperatures
- Maintenance-free performance
- Self-healing protection on cut edges
- Longer lifespan compared to standard galvanized steel
Ideal for coastal, industrial, and aggressive environments.
8. Does the building require maintenance?
No regular maintenance is required.
The advanced MAGNELIS® coating ensures long-term durability even in demanding environmental conditions.
9. Are engineering drawings included?
Yes. Each small-scale INLBK includes:
- Engineering blueprints specific to the selected model
- Full assembly documentation and instructions
10. Is delivery included in the price?
No. Delivery is not included by default.
You may:
- Collect the kit from designated pickup locations
- Request delivery, which can be arranged upon request
11. Where can I collect my INLBK?
Available pickup locations include:
- Aspropyrgos, Athens
- Agioi Theodoroi, Corinth
- Kalochori, Thessaloniki
- Nicosia, Cyprus
Additional locations may be added upon request.
12. What applications are small-scale INLBK buildings suitable for?
Small-scale INLBK buildings are suitable for:

13. Is installation service included?
No. Installation services are not included.
Customers may:
- Assemble the kit themselves (DIY)
- Use a professional installer of their choice, following the provided installation manual

Availability and pricing of special offers may be limited in time or quantity.

15. Do I need permits to install an INLBK?
INLBK structures are designed to be movable, liftable, and easily dismantled, which may allow temporary-use classification in some cases.
Permit requirements vary by:
- Country
- Region
- Intended use
Always consult a local engineer or architect before installation.
16. What is the production and delivery lead time?
The standard production lead time is approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks from order confirmation, depending on production scheduling and order priority.
17. How is the kit packaged for delivery?
Each INNOVALAND Building Kit is:
- Palletized on heavy-duty wooden pallets
- Securely wrapped with industrial-grade protective nylon
- Prepared to ensure safe and secure transportation
18. Will the building become very hot in summer?
MAGNELIS® steel features high heat reflectivity.
Combined with the panel geometry, this significantly reduces heat buildup and helps maintain cooler interior temperatures.
19. Can the building be insulated?
Yes. Insulation can be added at any time using common methods and materials such as:
- Mineral wool
- Spray foam
- Other thermal insulation systems
Interior wall or roof cladding (drywall, fire-rated drywall, wood, etc.) can also be installed.
20. Is the building fireproof?
The structure is made from MAGNELIS® super-alloy steel, a certified non-combustible material classified as EUROCLASS A1 and A1fl.
Additional fire protection can be added if required, using:
- Fire-rated drywall
- Fire-resistant coatings or paints
- Other approved fireproofing systems
